Job description:
The SkillBridge Fellow will train in the role of Duty Manager, supporting day-to-day hospitality, reservations, and guest services operations. Responsibilities during the training period include:• Supporting reservations management, including booking workflows, extensions, and availability coordination• Assisting with Guest Services operations, including oversight of guest communications and service standards• Learning how to triage guest issues and escalate appropriately across operations and maintenance teams• Assisting with property operations, inspections, and issue resolution• Learning scheduling, vendor coordination, and facilities workflows• Supporting compliance, documentation, and standard operating procedures• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality and response times• Developing leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on operational exposureThis is a structured training role designed to prepare the Fellow for post-program employment in hospitality operations, reservations management, guest services leadership, or related service-based industries.
