Job description:
Program Manager (Director Level) Service members will work for up to a 4-month DoD SkillBridge internship designed to develop civilian Program Management leadership skills through hands-on, on-the-job training. Participants will work alongside experienced leaders to gain exposure to program operations, client management, financial performance, workforce leadership, risk management, and government contracting environments. Key learning areas include program and operational leadership, client and stakeholder engagement, financial and performance management, risk, quality, and compliance oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership and workforce development.
