Project start-up: complete new project updates in Procore system, distribute initial drawings and plans to all required team members, assist Project Manager with insurance and permits as needed, send Superintendent Field team toolkitsSchedule calls and meetings with internal and external project team members to ensure consistent communication flow throughout the duration of a projectAssists with buyout processReview, process, and distribute submittals via ProcoreCreate and distribute weekly reports as requested by Project ManagerProcess and maintain RFIs in Procore or similar systemPrepare, process, and distribute subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change ordersAssist in preparation of closeout package process: collect documentation from subcontractors, vendors, architects, clients, and members of the internal project teamOther job responsibilities as assigned
