Job description:
Core skills and responsibilities all recruiters are expected to demonstrate in carrying out their role and in supporting the Company's vision, mission, values and goals:-Consistently achieve defined targets-Define and execute appropriate sourcing strategy by proactively generating candidates through head-hunting and referrals-Develop candidate network on portal-Effective candidate qualification-Consistent and accurate use of Portal/Salesforce-Candidate presentation to account manager with all required and accurate information-Successfully manage candidate process-Manage candidate on-boarding process-Generate business opportunities-Able to run an effective candidate meeting-Adherence to defined client processes-Respond to candidate issues in a timely and effective manner-Perform activities to ensure achieving daily/weekly/monthly objectives, through planning and participation in red zone
