Job description:
Participants will be exposed to diverse experiences across Land O'Lakes divisions such as: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Quality, Finance, Production and Supervisors Assignments are designed to be challenging, complex, strategic and fast paced. Transition Assistance Program participates navigate through a series of challenging, diverse, and high-visibility assignments that span the entire Manufacturing Operations. You will have the opportunity to develop skills through a core curriculum of formal training, work assignments, strategic projects, career development and networking opportunities and involvement in community service. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible for key roles within Supply Chain & Operations based on business needs, career interests, and aptitude. You will be well positioned for a successful and challenging career with Land O'Lakes, Inc.
