Engage the Service Member and/or Military spouses in our day-to-day operations (Marketing, Sales, Operations, or Administration) by taking their training/education and translating it into working with Civilians, both in clients and other office staff members. Tasks would range from organizing data, marketing, transaction management, profit and loss control, proposed company growth tactics, etc. The Service Member would join weekly company training during business hours along with other office staff.
