Job description:
The Operations Manager Intern at Hepler Land Holdings will gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of a real estate land development business through a structured rotation across the company's core functional lines. The intern will rotate through Sales, where they'll support lead qualification and seller outreach; Operations, where they'll assist in managing deal pipelines, team coordination, and systems improvement; Transactions, where they'll learn contract management, due diligence workflows, and closing coordination; Dispositions, where they'll assist in marketing and selling acquired properties to end buyers; Marketing, where they'll support content creation and inbound lead generation efforts; and Underwriting, where they'll develop skills in property valuation, comparable sales analysis, Net Land Area calculation, and investment feasibility review. The intern will work directly alongside senior leadership, gaining practical experience in a fast-paced, data-driven real estate development environment while contributing meaningfully to active deals and operational initiatives.
If full-time role is obtained there is an opportunity for bonus/commissions.
