Job description:

We are seeking a motivated SkillBridge Intern to gain valuable experience in the property management industry. The intern will assist with tenant placement, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease administration. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations, communicating with tenants and property owners, and managing maintenance requests. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about real estate, property management software, and customer service. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in residential property management with the potential for full-time employment following program completion.

We are looking for someone who will continue to live in the Omaha area to be the hands on property manager as the company continues to grow. As you take on more responsibility, you will be paid accordingly. We believe a positive work environment as well as financial incentives is vital for the onboarding a retention of high quality employees.
