The intern will rotate through key departments including engineering, operations, product development, business development, and program management to gain exposure to the full lifecycle of technical programs supporting government and commercial customers.This internship emphasizes observation, knowledge acquisition, mentorship, and participation in internal initiatives that strengthen the organization’s operational processes.The intern will:• Learn the company’s technical capabilities and mission areas• Observe program execution and project lifecycle management• Participate in technical discussions and program reviews• Engage with subject matter experts, developers, and leadership• Develop internal deliverables such as briefings, capability summaries, and operational assessments• Gain familiarity with defense contracting practices and program management best practicesThe goal of the program is to provide the intern with the knowledge, context, and exposure necessary to transition into a Program Management or Project Leadership role.
