Job description:
The position and career training is provided for Fab Engineering equipment technicians to prepare participants for equipment technician roles in the Fab Engineering organization at Samsung Austin Semiconductor. The program length is estimated as three months. Interns will receive a hands-on introduction to advanced semiconductor manufacturing and receive additional fab protocol and safety training. The interns will complete at least one entry-level certification prior to culminating training. Evaluation is based on performance during training and independent work completed upon achieving their certification.
