Job description:
Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through closeout. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Manage resources, budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Track progress using industry-standard project management tools and reporting methods. Provide regular status updates and briefings to leadership and clients. Develop exercise objectives, scenarios, documentation, and supporting materials. Coordinate logistics, personnel, communications, and technical requirements. Support exercise execution, real-time issue resolution, and facilitation. Conduct after-action reviews and develop improvement plans.
