Job description:
The Transaction Coordinator Trainee supports all active agents on Team 912 at RE/MAX Accent through every stage of the real estate transaction — from executed contract through closing. The trainee will open and manage transaction files, track critical deadlines, coordinate with title companies and lenders, collect and audit contracts and addenda for accuracy, and keep all parties updated throughout each deal. This hands-on role provides direct, real-world exposure to Georgia real estate contracts, negotiation strategy, offer and counter-offer management, MLS operations, client communication, and the day-to-day workflow of an active investor-focused brokerage. The trainee will support a mid-size team of active agents, gaining comprehensive knowledge of how real estate transactions are structured, managed, and closed in a professional brokerage environment.
Candidates must have a reliable personal vehicle, a working computer, and reliable internet access. This role supports an active mid-size real estate team and requires a genuine love of contracts, details, and deadline management. Candidates who are highly organized and thrive in a fast-moving, document-heavy environment will be the best fit for this program.
