Work includes serving as first point of contact to office visitors and callers, preparing legal correspondence and documents, creating and maintaining files, supporting attorney seminar preparation and presentation, and coordinating filings with attorneys. Work is bound by federal and state regulation but requires independent judgment in setting priorities and handling assignments. EDUCATION: The Office Coordinator plays an integral role in the school’s administration by being the face of the campus for all who visit. They serve as the first point of contact and the backbone of the main office’s day-to-day operations, including organizing and executing all aspects of scholar attendance and records keeping. The Office Administrator provides courteous, hospitable service to all stakeholders and assists with the general administration and operation of the campus.
