During the Skill Bridge application process, a detailed training plan is required to identify training objectives, defined tasks, and a schedule of events. This Testing Administrator Training Plan is designed to provide the participant with structured exposure to testing operations within a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Training progresses from foundational compliance to applicant testing, high school and testing reports, and cumulative operations. Following each training period, the participant will be assessed on knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the designated curriculum.
Job description:
Serves as a Testing Administrator in a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Incumbent of this position provides assistance to the Test Control Officer with applicant aptitude testing, to include proctoring the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) and other Special Testing, and assisting with Mobile Examination Testing (MET) sites. All duties are performed under the supervision of the Test Control Officer and in accordance with established MEPS policies and procedures.
