As a participant in the Maritime Operations & Maintenance Leadership Development Program, individuals will receive structured training in vessel maintenance management, fleet readiness, and operational coordination.Key training areas include:- Developing and managing preventative maintenance schedules for vessels and equipment- Utilizing cloud-based maintenance tracking systems to monitor asset performance and service intervals- Coordinating maintenance activities with operational and contract requirements- Managing work orders, repair timelines, and vendor relationships- Supporting logistics planning to ensure vessel readiness and deployment capability- Analyzing maintenance data to identify inefficiencies and improve system performance- Developing leadership skills through team coordination, task delegation, and operational communicationParticipants will progressively take on increased responsibility under supervision.This program prepares participants for full-time roles in maintenance management, fleet operations, and maritime logistics.
