Job description:
• Assist with planning, organizing, coordinating, and facilitating daily office activities, which include various communications, calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, expense reports, and purchases• Greet internal and external visitors, assign badges, and process visitor requests, ensuring security guidelines and requirements are followed• Provide support for a wide variety of meetings (scheduling rooms, preparing agendas / meeting materials, oversight of meeting logistics including audio-visual setups, security, refreshments, and vendor-delivered meals)• Maintain inventory and order / purchase office supplies; arrange for equipment / maintenance; process work orders for facilities repairs / needs; process shipping, tracking, and receiving of documents and packages• Assist in the preparation of reports and memorandum and handle classified information handling / maintaining confidential and/or sensitive material• Assist with administrative coverage in PHS areas as needed• Ensure compliance with Penn State Health and University policies and procedures

Minimally requires a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of related experience.
