Job description:
A Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of earthmoving and construction equipment used in site development and earthwork projects. Operators are expected to follow jobsite safety protocols, perform daily equipment inspections, communicate effectively with crew members and spotters, and execute work to required grade, alignment, and productivity standards under supervision.
