Managing the president's calendar and ensuring that all meetings and events are properly organized and scheduled. 3. Coordinating travel arrangements for the president and ensuring that all travel arrangements are properly organized and scheduled. 4. Maintaining and updating the president's contacts and address book. 5. Responding to requests for meetings and appointments from internal and external stakeholders. 6. Facilitating communication between the president and other university staff members, students, and external stakeholders. 7. Preparing briefing materials and information for the president in advance of meetings and events. 8 . Managing the president's email inbox and responding to messages on their behalf as appropriate. 9. Providing administrative support to the president as needed, including managing expenses and arranging logistics for events. 10. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the job.
