Job Title: Skillbridge Opportunity as a Planner/SchedulerKey Responsibilities: Create schedules that balance production, engineering, and new product development, facilitating effective communication between departments. Review job and contract requirements to identify all critical elements for successful planning. Plan and schedule workflow for each department based on manufacturing sequences and lead times. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including contracts, finance, engineering, supply chain, production control, quality, and manufacturing. Utilize D365 and Power BI software tools for project forecasting and procedural adjustments. Participate in job reviews and production meetings, ensuring all job aspects are considered in the schedule. Understand capacity management in relation to Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Interact with staff at all levels, leveraging collaboration and effective communication skills. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Qualification Requirements: Advanced level MS Project – (MCP Certification a plus). High Proficiency with MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Project, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; or relevant experience in Aerospace/Military/Government Contracts. 2-5 years of scheduling/planning experience in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Material Requirements Planning (MRP) environment. (Microsoft D365 expertise is a strong plus.) Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to leverage data sets for informed decision-making and generate operational capacity plans. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with sound judgment. Professional certification (Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)/Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)) by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, can affectively interact with all levels of management. Must be eligible to possess explosive under the Safe Explosives Act of 2003 (as amended) as required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) for all employees of Chemring Energetic Devices.
