Candidate Qualifications:Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects independently. Expertise in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and safetystandards. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field ispreferred. PMP certification and OSHA 30 certification are highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with client goals. Lead and manage teams of subcontractors, vendors, and site staff, maintaining high productivity and morale. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address delays or challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Conduct quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and present detailed project reports, including financial summaries and progress updates, to stakeholders.
