Coordinates repairs by others of essential MEP systems, directs response. Provides contract direction to in-house supervisors and Subcontractors to include but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), custodial, mail, recycling, destruction, grounds, and snow removal. Perform critical decision making in response to facility related occurrences to keep data center operations running 24/7. Provides effective and responsive communications with customers and subcontractors.Monitor relationships with customers to identify and proactively resolve problems and/or conflicts while maintaining open communications regarding expectations versus performance.
Bachelor degree in related field of study preferred.
