This internship is built for active-duty service members in their final 120 days of service who are participating in an approved military career skills program. The role provides hands-on financial analyst experience inside a multi-site senior living operator, with direct mentorship from finance leadership and exposure to real portfolio decisions.The internship is full-time for the duration of the program. The Financial Analyst Intern will support the finance team in delivering accurate and timely information for a portfolio of communities and capital projects. The role is structured to build practical skills in operational finance, reporting and investment analysis while contributing meaningfully to active workstreams. Essential duties and responsibilities Assist with the preparation and review of community-level income statements, P&L summaries and operational reports. Support facility valuation work, capital stack analysis and sources and uses documentation under the direction of senior analysts. Help build and maintain financial models for budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections. Contribute to ROI analyses on capital projects, ensuring inputs and assumptions are accurate and reasonable. Pull, validate and reconcile data from Yardi Voyager and internal reporting tools. Identify trends across communities and flag items that warrant deeper review by senior leaders. Prepare clean, decision-ready summaries and visuals for operations and development teams.
