RIA-JMTC offers a training program to assist separating service members with entering an exciting career in Manufacturing. By the completion of this program the service member will be well versed in Machine Tool Operator requirements and other skill sets and competencies needed to begin in a career in manufacturing. Training curriculum includes operations, process, quality, and safety. Course work would include blueprint reading and basic use of measuring equipment.

Acquire basic knowledge of 3D modeling and slicing software and learn the ability to operate numerical control (CNC)/3D printers. Operate and maintain machines in a safe and efficient manner. Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments, as needed. Follow production schedules and ensure the timely completion of task. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and outcomes.
