Job description:
RESPONSIBILITIES: New sales team members start off as Recruiters where they learn all about staffing and our services through a hands-on role, placing candidates in jobs, before earning a promotion to Account Management. Responsibilities as a Recruiter include playing the role of matchmaker for companies and careers by sourcing candidates through resources like online job boards, conducting 30+ phone interviews per week, selecting candidates for client interviews, and ultimately negotiating job offers to get them hired. At the 6-month mark, you’ll enroll either in Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT). The next 8 to 12 weeks you'll be working to earn your promotion into either role, by applying your skills in real-world scenarios. The average Recruiter is promoted around the 8-to-10-month mark of employment. Upon promotion, if you have chosen the Account Manager/outside sales route, your job will shift to client relations. Our Account Managers are who our clients turn to when they need help finding the perfect candidates for their teams and you’ll be responsible for building & maintaining relationships with these hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies. Account Managers identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms. They research and target organizations in need of staffing services. You’ll attend in-person meetings and lunches to get to know your clients and their hiring goals, team dynamics, and how our services can help them succeed. From these meetings, you’ll gather job requirements for their openings and collaborate with Recruiters to find the perfect candidates to fill each roles. QUALIFICATIONS: Recruiters and Account Managers should be able to build rapport and address questions, as well as objections, in a confident way. You’ll sell job offers to candidates and demonstrate how our staffing services can solve client issues and add value to their organizations. New to sales? That’s OK! We offer extensive training and development into staffing & sales through Insight Global University, and you’re provided an Account Manager mentor to guide your time in the Recruiter role. Building and maintaining relationships is vital in staffing and sales, an industry where people are at the center. Recruiters connect with candidates to gain an understanding of skillsets, and Account Managers need to establish trust with clients in order to gain a deeper understanding of their needs. The staffing industry can be dynamic, and did we mention fast-paced? This role is best for someone who is resilient and can handle rejections, setbacks, and challenging situations. LET’S TALK COMP: To start, Insight Global offers a competitive base salary ranging from $35,600- $62,000 annually, dependent on office location, and $5,000 in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan). Upon promotion, Professional Recruiters and Account Managers will receive a base salary increase, monthly car and cell allowance, as well as uncapped commission paid weekly. The average employee in the company makes: Year 2: $73,000-$88,000Year 3: $121,000-$145,000 Year 4: $135,000-$194,000Account Managers and Professional Recruiters have the opportunity to win annual sales contests that include an all-expenses paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $7,500- $10,000.
