There are a myriad of skills and On the Job Training opportunities for an intern to learn such as, Administrative book-keeping, Interior Design, Property Management for both long-term and short-term units, wood-working, and general building maintenance and repair.

Our On the Job Training/Internship program provides a candidate the ability to learn first hand how to establish and maintain Administrative book-keeping, Interior Design, Property Management for both long-term and short-term units, wood-working, and general building maintenance and repair. The skills can be taught hand-on and in person, as well as online depending on which specific aspect of the program an intern wishes to focus on. Following the completion of this program the intern will have learned skills to pursue a career in property management, design and also the development and creation of their own small business.
