Job description:
Learning & Development: Participate in training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of roofing systems and sales techniques.Customer Engagement: Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs, present solutions, and explain the benefits of company products and services. Present to customers virtually on the status of their roofing system and provide detailed solutions and costs.Site Assessments: Conduct initial inspections of roofing systems, including taking measurements and documenting necessary details.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's roofing products, installation processes, and industry trends to confidently answer client questions.Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while upholding the company’s standards of integrity and professionalism.Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers and remain flexible to support offices in other geographic areas.
Initial training and development will be a year in Indianapolis with potentially other locations we operate in. Any potential permanent location can be ironed out in the interview process.
