This specific person is someone who is diligent, detail oriented, empathetic, and a good bit hungry for growth. Our Office Manager position is a crucial role in the company we need to fill. You will work to navigate our clients through the customer journey while building relationships that will last. Our customers and employees are the heart and soul of our business. The Office Manager role is where that all comes together. What We Offer: This position is a salary position paid at 40 hours per week, $18 an hour, $10 per OUTBOUND appointment set (goal is 12-15 per week) Paid training (part time for 2 weeks trial period to see if its a good fit) Fun social events with our team. Excellent compensation paid bi-weekly. Begins as work from home. We are now searching for business location. The Position: You will be working on a small team in delivering top notch service to our clients. You are essentially getting paid to stay organized. You will be receiving inbound calls, scheduling appointments for our sales consultants, helping schedule our crews, answering emails, and sending invoices. You will be using your phone skills to deliver happiness to our clients by responding to their requests by phone and email. You will become comfortable with our field service management software to create appointments and schedule jobs. You will be a quick communicator with technology - phone, email, slack, online field service management. Who You Are: You are EXTREMELY organized and detail-oriented. You don’t miss emails. Your desk is organized. You believe organization is a way of life. You excel at talking to clients on the phone. You are a winner and you will be joining a team of winners. We believe in hiring the best people and offering a world class experience to our clients. Any experience in the home service industry answering phones, sending emails, managing schedules is definitely an asset. You are excited with opportunities for advancement. As our team continues to grow, you will have the ability to grow an office team that reports to you. Comfortable with google emails, drive, calendar. Good with a computer: able to use google maps to perform simple estimates onto our customer relationship management software while scheduling more difficult estimates for sales in person. Compensation: $18 Hourly pay (performance reviews every 3 months where you can get up to a 50 cent raise). Bonuses paid for performance targets $150; 3 month bonus $10 per outbound appointment set (goal is 12-15 per week). 5% of total company revenue after 3 months time; 5 days PTO is available for lead techs and Office Managers, PTO time does go into consideration toward annual bonuses if given out for hitting our higher goals. Paid Holidays are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and 1 week unpaid vacation from Christmas Eve through New Years. 40 hours PTO not available first 3 months, does not roll over (but does go into consideration for annual bonuses if profit permits, not available for assistant techs, and not use more than 16 hours per month.
