We offer Careers, not just jobs to transitioning service members with backgrounds in Cybersecurity. We will guide the service member through the training required to attain both a CMMC CCP certification and a CMMC CCA certification. The member will also apply for and obtain a Level 3 Security Clearance Once certified, the member will be actively mentored and trained by participating in assessment activities for 6 months. Once trained the member will be eligible for full time employment as an approved and trained CMMC CCA or Lead CCA.

We are seeking to train transitioning service members to become Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA), approved under the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework, to perform official CMMC Level 2 assessments for clients within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity compliance, a deep understanding of NIST SP 800-171 controls, and the ability to evaluate organizations against the CMMC standards with accuracy and integrity.
This Job opportunity is virtual, from home. Salary range is $140,000 to $160,000 plus benefits. Upon completing hands-on training, the new CCA will be fully equipped to conduct assessments independently, having developed practical competency, confidence, and an understanding of nuanced challenges faced during official assessments. This foundational experience ensures the assessor can contribute to credible, high-quality assessments that uphold the integrity of the CMMC ecosystem.
