The SkillBridge Locator maps Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge internships and employer-managed listings across the United States, so transitioning servicemembers can find programs near their current base, near where they're PCSing, or fully remote.
As of August 25, 2026, CareerPCS's published base guides cover 4,063 distinct SkillBridge programs from 2,364 organizations within 50 miles of 237 installations across 50 states. The directory also includes 2,074 remote and nationwide programs.
CareerPCS combines employer-managed opportunities with listings sourced from the official DoW SkillBridge directory. DoW-sourced listings are limited to postings DoW marked active at our latest check — refreshed nightly, last checked August 25, 2026. The verified badge marks a listing an employer actively manages here; unbadged listings may be employer-posted or sourced from the DoW directory. Start and track applications through CareerPCS. Search by keyword or location, and filter by industry, program length, delivery method, and listing source.
Some listings show a typical pay range. We match the listing to an occupation, then show what workers in that occupation earn in that state — from U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data (OEWS, May 2025). It's the going rate for that line of work, not this employer's offer or a prediction of your pay. How salary benchmarks work.

This program includes on-the-job training as a sponsored real estate agent to learn multiple aspects of real estate transactions, primarily focusing on single-family residential housing and also including some aspects of multi-family residential. This training will be focused on real estate in the specific state the member chooses based on their desired service location after graduation from the program. The member will integrate with licensed agents at Gwilt Group, as well as other agents affiliated with eXp Realty and the business and vendor partners. Members should have their real estate license prior to starting the internship, or at least be complete with their pre-licensure courses. The hands-on experience of working with other agents and real estate professionals will maximize their learning through execution of real estate tasks including direct mentoring and feedback sessions. There are no safety requirements to conduct this internship. This internship requires the member to travel to and from work via motor vehicle and travel to meet with prospective clients and local businesses, and to also use technology to meet virtually. All travel costs will be funded out-of-pocket by the member. We will sponsor the member into the brokerage and serve as their mentor guiding them over the course of the 60-180 day internship and beyond. The member will also be provided with an additional mentor that serves to walk the member through their first few transactions to ensure they are provided real-time direct feedback to learn as much as possible and understand the local real estate nuances.
