As a Service Delivery Trainer at Provalus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our services to clients. You will be joining a dedicated team of trainers who are responsible for equipping our analysts with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your role is vital to Provalus as you will contribute to the growth and development of our analysts, enabling them to provide exceptional service to our clients.Responsibilities:• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of our analysts.• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and resources.• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate analysts on service delivery best practices.• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.• Provide ongoing coaching and support to analysts to ensure their continuous professional development.• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate relevant information into training programs.• Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.Requirements:• Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.• Strong knowledge of service delivery methodologies and best practices.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different learning styles.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Proficiency in using training software and tools.• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
