Job DescriptionParticipants will be embedded in daily construction operations and will gain hands-on experience in site supervision, volunteer coordination, and construction execution.Key responsibilities will include:Assisting with daily construction site activities, including framing, layout, and general building tasksSupporting site organization, material staging, and job site readinessAssisting with volunteer coordination, including guiding and supporting individuals with varying skill levelsLearning and supporting safety protocols and daily safety briefingsAssisting with construction documentation and progress trackingSupporting preparation for inspections and subcontractor workGaining exposure to residential construction processes from start to finishThis is not a shadowing role.
