This program will allow interns to work in and support several roles, depending on their interest. This includes invoicing, customer service, and operations management. They will have the opportunity to learn the end-to-end operations of our company. They will have support available to help them succeed and learn as the integrate back into civilian life.
Job description:
These jobs we would offer post-internship would be in customer service, learning about healthcare benefits, enrolling members, and saving them money on their medication's. There is also opportunity within our invoicing department to learn about invoicing, process, collections, and other financial-related business aspects. There will also be opportunity for supervisory and management roles that teach interns how to train, plan, implement, and support operations.
