Summary description:
SkillBridge participants will be integrated into a collaborative growth unit focused on the rollout of an enterprise SaaS platform to the DOD acquisition community. Second Front has one product in the market with three others in early stages of development. Our team is comprised of military and commercial expertise with a user-centered approach. Depending on skillset, participants will be placed in a project manager or program manager track and may move between tracks as needed/desired. Throughout the experience at Second Front, the participant will have access to senior members of the Second Front team and will be able to learn about venture backed startups and venture backed investment as well as Silicon Valley - type company management enabling participants to go into startup or venture roles with relevant experience upon transition from the military.
Job description:
Managing projects and/or programs that involve modern methods of human centered design and user experience design, and lean startup methodologies in a venture backed defense related startup. Work is 100% remote.
