The HVAC Trainee role is an exciting opportunity for transitioning service members seeking a hands-on introduction to the HVAC industry. Through a structured training program, participants will gain real-world experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, preparing them for a rewarding career in a growing field.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Training: Participate in on-the-job training under the supervision of experienced HVAC technicians.Equipment Installation: Learn and assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.System Maintenance and Repair: Support preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations during training and job tasks.Customer Interaction: Shadow technicians to develop customer service skills and learn effective communication techniques.Documentation: Assist with completing service reports and maintaining accurate records of work performed.At Mitchell Heating, we are more than just an HVAC company—we are a family.
