Scull Construction Service, Inc. wants to create opportunities for SkillBridge participants to learn about various construction trades and gain translatable civilian employment skills. Our company is one of the largest and most well-respected companies in the area. The participant will have the opportunity to work on various ongoing projects in Rapid City and the Black Hill areas. At the successful completion of the internship, the Service member may be offered a full-time position. Depending on the participant's interest, the 40 hr. per week internship will include proper safety training and procedures and have a mentor work alongside the participant, guiding them in one of the various services that Scull Construction Service, Inc. provides clients. These services include structural concrete and slabs; site concrete and structures; rough carpentry; finish carpentry; doors and frames; structural steel; site work; demolition; installation; steel studs and drywall; and utilities.

Pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening. Must be able to lift 75 pounds on a regular basis throughout the work shift. Must be able to work at heights over 10 feet. Must be able to stand and kneel for long periods, work on your knees, lift heavy materials, perform strenuous tasks, and work outdoors in high heat and cold weather conditions.
