Job Title: Skillbridge Opportunity as a Maintenance SupervisorKey Responsibilities: Update and maintain the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to efficiently assign and monitor tasks. Perform diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment. Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service. Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills for production machines. Maintain and repair HVAC units and specialty humidification systems. Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders for maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, repair or replace components, test, and make necessary adjustments. Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Handle plumbing, electrical maintenance, and carpentry functions. Utilize hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report unusual situations to appropriate colleagues. Ensure the maintenance department complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas. Coordinate with local fire/police departments and alarm companies for inspections, audits, alarms, and drills. Perform other work-related duties, as assigned.Qualification Requirements: High school diploma/GED and/or completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent education and production maintenance experience. AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus. 4+ years of manufacturing experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills, including some HVAC. Flexibility to respond to off-hour emergency situations related to facility issues. Must be eligible to possess explosives under the Safe Explosives Act of 2003 (as amended) as required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF).Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Must have strong listening and oral communication skills. Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces. Must have hand dexterity and physical stamina. Must be able to lift, carry, or move up to 75 pounds regularly.
