Physical Security Specialist

Significant expertise and knowledge of Personnel Security executive orders, regulations, policies and procedures to facilitate complex security clearance processing. Knowledge of a broad range of Physical and Information security executive orders, regulations, policies and procedures. Knowledge of instructional programs and ability to present to large, diverse audiences or small groups for purposes of presenting both formal and informal security awareness programs, training sessions and briefings. Knowledge of federal COOP requirements and Homeland Security Presidential Directives to provide support to coordinate, plan, develop and/or implement procedures and practices to cover multiple security objectives and activities. Knowledge of a great variety of state-of-the-art information systems and database programs to develop and maintain security related databases. General knowledge of budget planning and execution to support specific program activities. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
