Interns will be working alongside executive search consultants and analysts in order to learn about the business model, processes, and skills that go into both the client facing and research aspects of finding potential candidates in the tech space.
Job description:
Interns will be training on and working with various systems including Google Docs, Gmail, and other automation tools. Interns will learn how to use LinkedIn Recruiter to search for specific qualifications and traits required by a given job spec and then compile a list of candidates to be presented and rated by either consultants or clients. Interns will learn how to evaluate potential candidates based on their LinkedIn profiles, previous interview notes and other assorted information. Interns will learn how to run reports and manage customer relations in Salesforce and conduct market research on companies in various industries of the tech sector.
We are currently only seeking officers and cohorts of 1-3 Service members. Company offices are currently located in Seattle and the west coast, interns from JBLM will be able to work in person however interns from other duty stations can participate remotely regardless of location.
