We use the time prior to their finite internship dates to complete our required HR processes that also include a 3 to 5 month (on average) full CBP Background Investigation (BI) that MUST be completed prior to internship start dates.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides a wide range of mid and high-level administrative, organizational, strategic, and project support to the Project Delivery PMO. Ensures all written communications are of the highest quality and intended messages are clearly articulated. Works independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion. Contributes to leadership decision making and will have a direct impact on the organization's ability to achieve its mission. Performs a broad variety of administrative and evaluative tasks, both strategic and tactical in nature.
