Job description:
For our Field Bladers/Welders, no two jobs are the same, and every job matters. If you thrive on adrenaline, adaptability, and jumping on a plane at a moment’s notice, this role is your ticket to global travel, technical challenge, nonstop action, and a good paying career. This SkillBridge opportunity combines world-class training at our facility in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania, with opportunities for multiple on-the-job training assignments at remote client power plants across the country. Take your welding skills and experience to the next level as you successfully transition into civilian life. TRAINING/TRAVEL/LODGING PROVIDED AT NO EXPENSE TO PARTICIPANTS. Please note that participants hired after the SkillBridge program do not need to relocate to the Pittsburgh area.
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ machining experience, strong safety mindset, and open to coaching, feedback, and mentorship. Please reach out to the POC if you are interested in applying for the program.
