Job description:
Overarching Project Management duties for one or more projects spanning initial opportunity identification, proposal generation, project kickoff, execution, and closeoutManage safety, quality, scope, budget, and schedule aspects of projectsDevelop new opportunity proposals, estimates, and accompanying documentationLead Won project kickoff, execution, and closeout utilizing standard Mangan tools/processes/procedures; including initial development and subsequent maintenance of job safety analysis, budget, schedule, cost tracking/analysis/forecasting, change order management, client status updates, progress meetings, etc.Collaborate with internal technical team members in the safe, timely, and quality execution of technical project scope; including participation in development and/or review of technical deliverablesCoordinate with Division leadership to identify and resolve resource constraints in a timely fashionSupport the implementation of Mangan's Quality Management & Best Practices program within their projectsSupport the implementation of Mangan's NFPA 70E Electrical Awareness & Training program within their projectsTriage Client support calls, including those after hours, to facilitate resource assignment, timely identification of issue(s), and subsequent resolutionAverage 25% travel with willingness to travel via air
Opportunities exist at multiple Mangan locations and will include immediate potential to actively support and execute project work within the electrical, power, and automation fields.
