We are on the lookout for a pioneering Aviation Ops Project Manager to spearhead the development of our nascent drone operations program. This role is not just about managing a project—it's about building it from the ground up. The ideal candidate will chart the course for this exciting venture, laying the foundation for all aspects including drone operator training, maintenance training, dorne maintenance, regulatory compliance, drone operational execution, and the creation of processes and procedures. As a crucial on-site position in our Boise, Idaho office, this role will require not just leadership and project management skills, but also a visionary mindset and the ability to think critically about every facet of drone operations. The Project Manager will be responsible for meticulously documenting the drone operations process, ensuring that every detail of the program is recorded for future reference and regulatory compliance. If you're ready to take on the challenge of developing a comprehensive drone operations program from scratch and have a knack for detailed planning and execution, we want you on our team. This role may require travel during summer 2024.
