Job description:
The I-9 Compliance Specialist works in partnership with the Director of Talent Management & Employee Relations & the Employment Services team on a wide range of employment functions, specifically to lead and manage I-9 compliance. The successful candidate will possess expertise regarding I-9 regulations and requirements and will be responsible for ensuring that all newly hired employees have appropriate work authorization. The I-9 Specialist will be accountable for overseeing the entire I-9 process, which encompasses oversight of the I9 online system, data entry, overall management, compliance, e-verify, and all I-9 related audits.
