Job description:
The Senior DAF Rapid Innovation Lead will support the planning and execution of DAF Rapid Innovation and Rapid Acquisition Initiatives. Responsibilities include helping DAF customers with strategic planning, technology portfolio roadmapping and assessment, requirements definition & development, acquisition and technology transition planning, and program management support of innovation programs. Expert knowledge in the PPBE, Acquisition, to include SBIR, OTA and other non-traditional Acquisition processes are required. Responsibilities also include working with and/or managing a team of Rapid Innovation program managers and performing DAF customer relationship management to continue and expand Treble One’s Rapid Innovation business.
Treble One’s Rapid Innovation business is growing rapidly, as more DAF organizations – particularly MAJCOM and PEO Innovation Units – seek to expand and accelerate the adoption of new technologies from non-traditional and commercial technology providers. Prospective interns must possess broad experience across the DAF innovation landscape, to include R&D, acquisition, PPBE and budget management, test, and other aspects related to developing, acquiring and fielding new technologies. Interns must be local to the Dayton, OH area and be positive, high-performing individuals.
