Key Responsibilities:Strategic Innovation Management - Lead the development and execution of innovation strategies aligned with DoD mission priorities. Help clients embed cutting-edge technology into real operational use cases.Dual-Use Technology Integration - Engage with startups and small businesses across AI, space, quantum, autonomy, cybersecurity, and more. Drive the transition of commercial tech into defense applications.Stakeholder Engagement - Build trusted relationships across the DoD, venture capital, industry, and academia. Translate across domains to move technology into the field.Capture Management - Own the full capture process. Identify opportunities, shape the strategy, lead proposal execution, and close contracts.Team Collaboration - Mentor others. Share knowledge. Help build a high-performance culture that makes each other better every day.
