This program is designed to produce the following outcome:Effective leadership of a team of Sales Professionals in Auto, Fire, Life & Health Insurance.

The selected candidate must be able to obtain a WV Insurance Agents License for Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to not only lead a team of sales professionals but become an in-house expert on the products, their benefits and limitations and demonstrate a high level of success in sales of said products. The selected candidate will work hand in hand with Agent/Owner to learn the effective use of reports, profit incentives and overall successful business practices.
