Forterra - Mission Operations

This 12-week internship offers hands-on experience as a Mission Operations Associate at Forterra. Interns will gain in-depth exposure to the deployment, management, and customer-facing support of Forterra’s advanced hardware and software products, focusing on critical solutions. Working alongside industry experts and cross-functional teams, interns will develop essential technical, strategic, and collaborative skills in a real-world environment.

Mission Operation Associates support the delivery, scale, and success of our customer accounts. Working across growth, engineering, and product teams, our MOA's help support our customer relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Forterra products in support of their missions. MOA's work side-by-side with Forterra employees and customers to understand their challenges and help shape Forterra solutions to be the answer.

Strong interpersonal skills will be required to engage with business partners and customers.Comfortable setting and achieving goals in an amorphous environment.Enthusiasm for, and broad knowledge of, technology.Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time
