• Provide administrative support to include organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, assisting with travel arrangements and reporting, and submitting and reconciling expense reports.• Provide tracking of action items, documents, and following up with personnel on status ofoutstanding items.• Assist in communications, including presentations, white papers, proposal development, outreach/marketing information and other materials.• Provide administrative and logistical tasks for team meetings and other business development activities.
