The Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader drives the execution of lean continuous improvements in selling, manufacturing, and delivery of products and service to our customers. In doing so, delivering long-term, breakthrough results in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity. Success is measured by the leader’s ability to actively engage teams to achieve tangible results and to educate and enroll others in waste elimination and continuous improvement.
Headlamp provides servicemembers with internships (Headlamp SkillBridge Fellowships) at high-growth tech and dual-use businesses, and at boutique consulting, venture capital, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
