This SkillBridge allows a Soldier to become a Viticulture & Winery Operations Trainee for 6 weeks, a total of 30 days to experience a cross-functional internship that gives a hands-on experience to all aspects of winery operations. Job description:
The Viticulture & Winery Operations Trainee is a cross-functional internship designed to provide hands-on experience in all major aspects of winery operations. During the six-week program, participants rotate through each department, including vineyards, wine production, maintenance, retail sales, wholesale and off-site sales, inventory management, marketing, event operations, shipping, and business administration. Interns work alongside experienced professionals to develop technical, operational, customer service, leadership, and business skills while gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a commercial winery operates from vineyard to consumer.
